What is the 21st Century Community Learning Grant?
This is a federal program that supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children. The program helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects such as reading and math. We also offer students a broad array of enrichment activities that can complement their regular academic programs and offer educational and resource services to the families of participating children.

Founded in 2004, the Back To School Teachers Store (BTSTS) is a 501(c)(3) organization. We provide free school supplies to local kids in need through teachers who are employed in Delaware County's K-12 schools, PTQ Levels 3 & 4 preschools and afterschool programs. In 2017, BTSTS provided local teachers $850,000 worth of classroom supplies at NO COST and served approximately 10,000 students in need.
